Lean Expert/Business Process Analyst - contract-to-hire

Focus Cloud Group is seeking an experienced Lean Expert / Process Analyst to support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization. This role involves assessing current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing practical recommendations to enhance performance, quality, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes and workflows
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Lead process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Develop future-state process recommendations and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Experience as a Lean Consultant, Process Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or Continuous Improvement Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and process improvement frameworks
• Experience conducting process assessments and workflow analysis
• Proven ability to document current-state and future-state processes
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
