Build and sustain strong relationships with business leaders, process owners, and end users in a matrixed environment to ensure alignment between unit needs and system capabilities.
Develop a deep understanding of business processes, workflows, and challenges across assigned functional areas.
Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and outputs.
Provide strategic guidance on reporting solutions, including selecting and designing tools such as Workday reports, Tableau dashboards, or other platforms to best meet business needs.
Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for system configuration and development.
Partner with WEST teams and vendors to design, implement, test, and deploy enhancements.
Lead change management efforts, including impact assessment, communication strategies, and end-user training.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Monitor business process performance and adoption, proactively identifying and driving opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable, campus-wide solutions.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes, requirements gathering, and developing business solutions
Ability to perform complex data analysis
Experience working with ERP data (e.g., Workday), including understanding data models, relationships, and table structures.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
Attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data and information into presentations and materials
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of methods to analyze business needs and recommend relevant solutions including policy, process, or system improvements.
