Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement workshops across business units
- Define enterprise CSDM roadmap
- Ensure consistency in data models and service taxonomy
- Mentor the BA team
- Act as client SME for CMDB/CSDM
Requirements:
- 8-10 Years of experience
- Engineer/Graduate with IT Background
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Deep CSDM expertise
- Enterprise architecture understanding
- Leadership & stakeholder management
- ITSM/ITOM project experience
- Agile delivery frameworks
