Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing resources (20+ FTE) in a tech/digital or e-commerce environment.
Hands-on experience in Agile Leadership/Support roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner, working closely with engineering teams.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills and ability to be a trusted advisor to the Leadership team when it comes to People Strategy & Growth.
Lead by example, demonstrate continuous learning, personal growth, and foster a culture of feedback.
Familiarity with Agile principles and ways of working across multiple teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments including builds inclusive environments where people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
