Collaborating with business stakeholders and functional experts to define, document and integrate SCADA-related processes into the corporate process mapping framework.
Leading the design and writing of User Acceptance Test (UAT) books in partnership with business teams and the testing governance department, ensuring all necessary data is identified and prepared.
Producing comprehensive training materials and identifying the cases and data required for demonstrations and training sessions.
Delivering training sessions jointly with the integrator, ensuring end users are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to work effectively within the SCADA environment.
Contributing to additional project streams and deliverables as the project schedule evolves, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to project delivery.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an industrial, energy, or utility environment, with a solid understanding of SCADA systems or similar operational technologies.
Proven ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable process documentation and test scenarios.
Experience writing UAT books and managing user acceptance testing processes, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to quality assurance.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead training sessions and engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willing to travel minimum 3 days a week
