Strong analytical skills to interpret trends, isolate systemic drivers, and convert findings into action
Influence across stakeholder groups and lead governance forums or steering committees
Track record of building business cases and partnering on product, process, or workflow changes
Familiarity with agency debit memos, agent error, recoup, policy, and operational control frameworks
