Has accountability for budget/P&L, plan, performance and results of the team
Develops and directs initiatives aimed at increasing client retention and ongoing client feedback loops specific to Enterprise service offering and products, leads client presentations, manages client relationship business reviews
Implements commercial strategies specific to Enterprise to increase the value of high-potential client accounts through enhanced service offerings and tailored partnerships, understanding clients' industries focusing on quick scalability and cost-effectiveness
Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluates performance goals, ensuring the team meets or exceeds expectations specific to the operational position recruitment targets, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives
Leads the negotiation of terms, pricing, and service agreements specific to Enterprise with local and multinational accounts
Implements sales strategies specific to Enterprise and guides cross-functional team collaborations, develops and implements resource allocation plans to optimize team performance and align with client account objectives and client needs in the recruitment of temporary and permanent blue-collar and operational positions
Sets and reviews high-level key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate client satisfaction, engagement, and service delivery effectiveness specific to Enterprise Grade Descriptor
Requirements
Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own and related disciplines
Provides leadership and direction to a team / business area of senior level professionals and/or subordinate managers performing multiple and/or diverse and complex disciplines
Has accountability for budget/P&L, strategy, performance and results of multiple, often diverse, teams; typically managing programs, processes, service delivery and/or activities that represent a significant portion of an area
