Role Overview
- Develop partnerships with HR Business Partners for compensation programs
- Analyze market competitiveness of compensation and incentive programs
- Manage medium to large compensation-related projects
- Lead review and governance of sales incentive plans
- Provide guidance on complex compensation issues
- Lead compensation support during annual performance/compensation cycles
- Identify opportunities for improvement in compensation practices
- Conduct job evaluations and develop materials for compensation initiatives
- Maintain understanding of compensation design and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, or related field
- 6-8 years of compensation-related experience
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, theory, and program design
- Experience in sales incentive design
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large data sets and financial modeling
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Strong relationship management and consulting skills
- Deep experience in market data analysis and survey techniques
- Progress toward or completion of CCP or CHRP designation preferred
