Translate and manage client requirements, ensuring alignment with internal processes and contractual obligations
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain management of high-value orders for major customer accounts
Monitor and manage open orders, billing activities, inventory levels, and other key operational reports to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers, resolving post-sales operational issues and ensuring a positive customer experience
Manage escalations and coordinate the efficient delivery of equipment from both vendor partners and internal warehouse facilities
Collaborate with operations and account teams to develop and deliver customer-facing reports and insights as required
Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end post-sales operations and contribute proactively to process improvements and operational excellence
Process purchasing activities through vendor ordering platforms and associated procurement systems
Support industry and account teams to ensure exceptional service delivery across DXC Technology's Tier 1 customer portfolio
Provide broader administrative and operational support to the department as required
Requirements
Demonstrated understanding of supply chain and order management processes
Experience working with financial reporting systems and business tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly regarded
Familiarity with vendor procurement and online purchasing portals
Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, customer operations, post-sales support, or customer service environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet competing deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
