Role Overview
Support the publication of announcements on internal channels;
Assist in updating content on corporate channels;
Organize materials, documents, and presentations;
Create simple visual assets using tools such as Canva;
Support the preparation of internal announcements and bulletins;
Provide support for engagement activities and internal events;
Perform administrative tasks related to communications;
Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Organized with strong attention to detail;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365;
Basic experience with visual creation tools, such as Canva;
Participation in academic projects, volunteer activities, or internships related to communications;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams;
Interest in corporate communications, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
