Partner with Business and HR leaders to provide expertise and solutions in Talent Acquisition
Take end-to-end responsibility for recruitment for global, business and critical to hire roles
Manage recruitment campaigns and propose sourcing solutions
Build relationships with senior leaders across the ELSP division
Advocate for internal Talent Advancement, diversity and inclusion opportunities
Liaise with internal sourcing and external recruitment firms if required
Ensure compliance standards in all areas of responsibility
Partner with local Talent Acquisition teams and HR Business Partners

A degree in business administration, HR, psychology, or related fields
Minimum 4 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting including inhouse recruiting experience
Sound knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques
Strong knowledge and/or interest in agile profiles / set-up
Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition trends
Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, additional languages are an advantage.
