Responsible for recommending, negotiation & executing creator partnerships across AEGM brands, genres & IP
Developing and maintaining an internal creator network through sourcing, vetting, negotiation and management
Executing & maintaining partnerships to meet broader business goals like driving fandom – audience growth, engagement and subscriptions through creator content strategy
Managing the day-to-day relationship with creators – doing outreach, onboarding, ideation & optimizations with creators
Collaborating with Marketing, Ad Sales, StoryGround, Editorial, Digital Creative, Programming and PR teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing or talent partnerships
A pulse on the creator ecosystem: who’s emerging, which platforms are shifting, and what makes a creator-brand pairing feel authentic versus forced
Proficient in a creator management platforms (Lefty or equivalent)
Strong relationship builder who earns the trust of creators, agents, and internal partners alike
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent activations, roster priorities, and agency relationships without losing quality or detail
Commercially aware: you understand how creator content ladders into revenue, branded content proposals, and client deliverables
Clear communicator who can translate creator strategy into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders
Experience managing or contributing to an always-on or ambassador creator program (not solely campaign-based)
Familiarity with branded content, sponsorship packaging, or RFP development in a media or entertainment context
Hands-on experience with contract workflows and an understanding of standard deal structures, usage rights, and FTC compliance requirements
Working knowledge of major platforms’ creator tools and analytics (TikTok Creator Marketplace, Meta Brand Collabs Manager, YouTube BrandConnect)
