Role Overview
Conduct onsite and remote training to new and existing Medcor advocates
Provide both operational and clinical training in collaboration with training and clinical affairs department
Manage training curriculum needs of the client
Maintain documentation of performed training
Contribute to the development and administration of various training programs
Analyze and provide solutions to possible gaps in current programs and operations and establish a consistent, repeatable, and teachable approach
Monitor quality audit expectations by conducting regular quality reviews
Collaborate and work with cross-functional partners, including onsite client department managers, human resources, environmental health & safety, and security
Develop effective relationships with client management team within scope and anticipate needs, identify solution, and support long-term successful client partnership
Ensure client coverage needs are routinely met
Collaborate and work closely with internal departments to share information and improve the quality of clinic services and resolve issues
Partner with clinical affairs to ensure clinical vision and objectives are met
Assist in recruitment and selection process including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new hires
Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Must have an active EMT, Paramedic, LVN, or RN licensure
Have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting with supervisor experience as part of that background.
3-5+ years of clinical supervisory experience preferred
Occupational health and/or employee health experience and knowledge of health and safety concepts
Workers Compensation and occupational health/medical record software experience and safety event reporting experience
