Contribute to the annual group budgeting process and supporting the production of a consolidated plan for CFO and leadership review
Maintain rolling 12-month forecasts with clear bridge commentary explaining movements vs. prior forecast and budget
Produce monthly management accounts
consolidated P&L and EBITDA-2-cash reconciliations with commentary
Support the preparation of board materials in collaboration with the Controlling Manager and CFO, ensuring financial data is accurate, consistent, and presented clearly
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions e.g. pricing strategy, new market entry
Support headcount planning and reporting, tracking actuals vs. budget
Produce monthly FTE reports and analyse the financial impact of headcount movements, including joiners, leavers, promotions, and role changes
Current cash and net debt reporting
Support the month-end process cycle, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely close
Participate in the group managerial consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and accruals calculations
Liaise with outsourced accounting providers in each country
Review local accounting outputs before incorporation into the group close; identify and flag discrepancies for resolution
Actively use AI tools
including Claude and OpenAI
in day-to-day finance work to automate recurring tasks, improve analytical output, and accelerate reporting cycles
Contribute to AI adoption within the finance function
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or accounting roles, ideally within a multinational or technology-driven environment
Solid accounting knowledge – understanding of accruals, intercompany transactions, month-end close processes, and P&L reporting
Proficiency with financial reporting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and comfort working with ERP or consolidation systems
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise financial commentary
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate across finance and non-finance stakeholders
Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken); French language skills are a plus
