Own and scale Simple's affiliate program, focused on mid-to-top of funnel partners in the following markets: US, UK, Europe
Build and manage editorial, newsletter, and media partnerships that reach our core audience
Brief partners with strong angles and hooks, working closely with the creative team on production
Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Analytics to align strategy and improve channel outcomes
Forecast, track, and report on program and publisher performance for internal stakeholders
Support the launch of a new brand program, helping to establish partner infrastructure and go-to-market approach from the ground up
Run ongoing competitor analysis to benchmark commission structures, partner mix, and campaign approaches.

2+ years in affiliate or partnerships
experience in health, wellness, or weight loss is a bonus
Proven track record scaling an affiliate channel while hitting CPA and ROAS targets
Strong creative instincts
can write a brief, spot a good hook, and push partners toward content that converts
Highly organised, thrives juggling multiple workstreams, and keeps every detail on track even when priorities shift fast
Comfortable with tracking infrastructure
