Support the execution of email and SMS campaigns from idea to launch (and beyond)
Learn how to build, schedule, and optimize campaigns in email & SMS platforms
Assist in setting up and managing automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.)
Help segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior
Analyze campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and share insights with the team
Continuously test and improve campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, timing, etc.)
Work closely with designers and copywriters to create engaging, conversion-driven content
Support list growth and maintain database hygiene (cleaning, tagging, organizing contacts)
Stay curious and learn best practices in email & SMS marketing, including deliverability and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Collaborate with the team to spot opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention

Up to 1 year of experience in email or digital marketing (internships count!)
Strong eagerness to learn and grow in email & SMS marketing
Curiosity about customer behavior, email marketing
Proactive, can-do attitude
Willingness to get hands-on and execute campaigns
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of marketing metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions)
Attention to detail and care for quality
Familiarity with any email marketing platform (Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.) is a plus
