Role Overview
- Own the Europe Finance Technology portfolio, ensuring alignment to Finance strategy and regulatory needs.
- Shape and maintain a multi-year roadmap covering Finance applications, integrations, data, controls, and architecture evolution.
- Provide transparent portfolio reporting: progress, risks, dependencies, financials and outcomes.
- Ensure capability with the Operational Control Framework across vulnerability resolution, operational resilience while still driving improvement through automation, standardisation, and reduction of technical debt.
- Create business value through technology adoption, effective implementation and quality ongoing support.
Requirements
- 10 plus years of technology experience
- 10 plus years of management experience
- BA/MBA in IT or relevant experience
- A proven track record in a technology delivery and application service and stability
- The competence to identify, evaluate and challenge technology services and oversee the management of all technology in a rigorous and structured manner.
