Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis

Role Overview

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages
• Perform detailed variance analysis for indirect SG&A expenses
• Provide insights into key drivers of financial performance
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility
• Participate in annual Budget and quarterly forecasts process
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business drivers and operational impacts
• Manage and continuously enhance the SAI tracking process
• Perform financial analysis to support strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or healthcare finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., AIS, Infoview, Concur)
• Working knowledge or willingness to learn SQL and data tools (e.g., Power BI, QuickBase)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required or equivalent years of related experience
