Field Service Technician – Installer

Role Overview

• Perform quality installation and service on all vehicle-wash equipment and accessories
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
• Provide personalized customer service
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers
• Make beneficial recommendations regarding technical maintenance
• Enter information into the company computer system per training requirements
• Daily travel in the service area

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Technical school education preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of electrical experience
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills
• Available to work overtime
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Car wash installation and service experience preferred
• Complete required safety training
• Wear specified personal protective equipment as needed
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
