Identify and conduct relevant product and service training with partners to strengthen our relationships.
Be the go-to person for answering partner queries, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions.
Keep all information updated in relevant databases and ensure CRMs are maintained accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to build strong relationships and deliver the best outcomes for our partners.
Regularly share insights with colleagues and key internal stakeholders to enhance our service and product offerings.
Plan and prepare for your partner base, including weekly priorities, retention strategies, and growth opportunities.
