Role Overview

• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects
• Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop quantifiable impact models for proposed strategies
• Mentor junior analytical staff
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations

Requirements

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting or healthcare analytics
• 5 years of a demonstrated track record of leading complex analytical projects
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with analytical tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI
