About this role
Role Overview
Drive the delivery of products and services for client accounts
Manage the servicing and maintenance of client business in enrollment and re-enrollment activities
Serve as the sales liaison between group administrators and the Organization's internal departments for problem resolution
Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department
Oversee the servicing and maintenance of client business
Represent client service management and administration in finalist meetings and new sales opportunities
Collaborate and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
5 years experience in client service or other relevant experience
3 years experience in Leadership or management (preferred)
