Sales & New Business (approx. 80%): You will actively drive the expansion of our customer base in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and acquire new customers for our DISPONIC software solution.
You independently identify leads, build qualified lead lists and develop lasting customer relationships — by phone, email and via digital channels.
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle: from initial qualification through software demos and proposal preparation to contract signing and structured handover to customer support.
You strategically manage and develop our existing customers, identify revenue potential and successfully implement upselling and cross‑selling measures.
You present DISPONIC at on‑site meetings, presentations and decision‑maker sessions with key accounts and prospects across the DACH region.
Business Development & Growth (approx. 20%): You design, organize and host webinars and online presentations.
You actively contribute to the creation and refinement of sales and marketing materials. In close collaboration with customer support and product development, you incorporate customer feedback and help drive customer‑focused development of DISPONIC.
You support us at trade shows, events and marketing campaigns, thereby strengthening our market presence.
Requirements
You have a completed degree in business or a technical field, or a comparable commercial/vocational qualification.
You have several years of experience selling B2B software solutions.
You have strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in complex digital products and processes.
You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high degree of self‑responsibility, and a strong solution‑ and results‑oriented approach.
You are willing to travel and value face‑to‑face interaction with customers and partners on site.
