About this role
Role Overview
Own a portfolio of high value SMEs clients across European markets
Proactively engage with clients
outreach, QBRs, check-ins
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Build genuine relationships with decision-makers
Use data to inform outreach priorities and commercial conversations
Monitor account health signals and intervene early
Maintain clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
Contribute to team learning using Modjo call intelligence
Work closely with onboarding, product, and support
Requirements
Minimum 2 years in account management in fintech or B2B SaaS
Former outbound or business development experience
Commercially sharp mindset
Data-driven decision-making skills
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
Fluent in English and a second European language (either Italian, French, German)
Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Slack; Modjo or equivalent call tool is a bonus
