Physician Billing Supervisor

Role Overview

• Oversees all Ensemble Health Partners Billing associates
• Responsible for performance and effectiveness of the department
• Monitor associates' time and attendance, productivity, QA reviews, and workflows
• Ensure education and annual evaluations are provided
• Facilitate compliant billing, improve revenue, and reduce denials
• Monitor associates supporting paper biller and electronic biller functions
• Work with Patient Access, Coding, Follow Up, Denials, and Revenue Management departments

Requirements

• 1 to 3 Years Required
• Excel knowledge is preferred
• Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Billing is preferred
