Design and execution of automation workflows across the entire customer journey – from lead generation to customer success.
Development of campaigns, emails, forms and landing pages in close collaboration with content and design colleagues.
Setup and optimization of CRM structures, lead scoring models and attribution setups.
Creation and analysis of dashboards and reports, deriving concrete recommendations for action.
Support during client onboarding and delivery of HubSpot training sessions.
Continuous optimization and further development of our clients.
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience with the HubSpot Customer Platform.
You don't just think in marketing channels; you also understand sales and service processes and their impact on the overall system.
You reliably and systematically bring projects to completion, even when multiple clients run in parallel.
You are familiar with the environment of software, IT and consulting companies and know what matters there.
German language skills at least at C1 level.
