Develop, maintain, and continuously improve accurate 18-month rolling forecasts for assigned accounts
Lead the monthly IBP (Integrated Business Planning) demand planning collaboration process with Sales and customers
Create, modify, and analyze forecasting metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Act as the primary demand planning point of contact for assigned accounts
Support continuous improvement initiatives by assisting with ad hoc analysis, tools, and projects

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain Management or related area
3 years of related experience
Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics within a CPG or similarly fast-paced environment preferred
