About this role

Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department within our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine clinic
Partnering with regional leadership to translate UAMS strategic priorities into everyday clinical practice
Maintaining regulatory compliance, payer requirements, and organizational standards
Driving evidence-based practice, supporting professional growth, and fostering cross-functional collaboration
Delivering exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced specialty clinic

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
Five (5) or more years of clinical experience in the field of Nursing
At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership capacity
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas.
Current BLS certification or must successfully obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
Ambulatory clinic experience
National Nursing Certification
