Work in commercial internal communications and store training, responsible for developing, structuring and disseminating learning content and internal communication strategies using digital tools and Artificial Intelligence concepts to enhance results and engagement.
Create and manage internal communication content (texts, campaigns, newsletters, scripts and commercial materials)
Develop strategies to engage internal audiences in training programs
Use AI tools to create, optimize and personalize content (e.g., text generation, insights, automations)
Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring clarity in the communication of initiatives
Monitor engagement metrics and the effectiveness of training and campaigns
Structure learning journeys supported by digital solutions
Prepare various materials for executive presentations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Communications, HR, Marketing or related fields)
Previous experience in training, learning & development, internal communications or similar areas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, project management and ability to handle multiple demands
Familiarity with digital tools and learning platforms (LMS)
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to work (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automations, AI-assisted content creation)
