About this role
Role Overview
Support and coordinate key administrative processes across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
Act as a central interface between local teams, regional management, and global functions.
Monitor budget planning and cost tracking for EMEA administrative activities.
Coordinate and support the EMEA Purchase Order (PO) process.
Oversee travel administration across EMEA.
Prepare required documentation and data for internal and external audits.
Maintain and govern the EMEA list of authorized representatives.
Track and manage Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) data and reporting.
Assist in regional projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in an international environment
Experience working with ERP or HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
Intercultural awareness and ability to work in a global environment
Fluency in English is a must.
