Provide complete project field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations
Champion of project safety and implement Site-Specific Safety Plan
Create, maintain, and accurately report Project Schedule
Oversee site construction activities and manage project constraints
Coordinate installation between trades and drive trade partner progress
Attend project update meetings and report on overall project health
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage permit closeouts

At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction (higher education, healthcare)
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera)
