About this role
Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle within a defined territory
Proactively prospect for new clients and nurture qualified leads
Maximize revenue from the existing customer base through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives
Accurately manage a rolling 90-day sales pipeline in Salesforce
Collaborate closely with the broader account team and Customer Success to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT sales, preferably in a B2B environment
Professional working fluency in English, Swedish and either Danish or Norwegian (written and verbal)
Proven ability to deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
Demonstrated capacity to take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial lead to deal closure
Strong relationship-building skills
Documented track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
