Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, managing end-to-end lifecycles, schedules, and resource allocation.
Facilitate trade-off decisions between technical constraints, schedule risks, and business value.
Ensure seamless communication between Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Owners.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery.
Develop contingency plans and escalate issues appropriately to leadership.
Continually improve delivery processes by defining success criteria, gathering signals from retrospectives, and implementing best practices to increase velocity.
Drive the development and prioritization of program milestones using data-driven insights and health metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on program goals and shared outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+7 years of relevant experience in Program Management or Project Management.
Experience driving programs within CRM and Marketplace (B2B & B2C) environments.
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs across complex systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action and measure program health.
A passion for "how" things are built and a commitment to operational rigor.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves, solve every problem, and maintain momentum despite ambiguity.
Experience working with global and/or US based business teams.
Excellent written and communication skills in English language.
