Manage requisition processes and provide end-to-end support across purchasing, sourcing, and supply chain functions
Lead or contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Supplier Introduction (NSI) activities
Drive project management initiatives, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
Develop and manage sourcing council packs and customer acceptance documentation in collaboration with Buyers and Engineering teams
Manage contracts and purchase orders, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance
Perform cost and price analysis, with a strong understanding of supplier quotations and commercial terms
Interpret technical drawings, CAT prints, and specifications, ensuring alignment with engineering requirements
Support sourcing for components including castings and forgings (Hydraulic / drivetrain and structural products)
Present updates and insights at monthly stakeholder meetings
Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience desired
Data-driven Decision Making: Knowledge of the data-driven decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to gather and analyze data to make organizational decisions that align with strategic business objectives and goals.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Procurement: Knowledge of buying and procurement; ability to work with organizational strategies and practices, and use tools for buying goods, supplies, equipment and services needed to conduct business.
Knowledge of a Specific Procurement System: Knowledge of the features, functions and operations of a specific procurement system; ability to develop and use tools, techniques, and practices for a specific procurement application.
Purchasing Tasks and Activities: Knowledge of policies, regulations and processes of purchasing; ability to use practices and procedures for procurement of materials, components, equipment and services.
Logistics Management: Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials; ability to understand, predict and control the movement of goods, materials and supplies.
Experience in roles such as Project Manager (PM), Quality Manager (QM), Buyer, Supplier Development Engineer (SDE), Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), or logistics/procurement
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, product flow, and component sourcing
Understanding of technical specifications and engineering documentation
Understanding of commercial acumen, particularly in evaluating supplier quotes and negotiations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create clear, concise communication (especially via email)
Confident presentation skills with experience addressing cross-functional audiences
Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders without direct line management responsibility.
