Requirements
Proven experience leading and developing a sales function within a B2B professional services or technology consulting environment (e.g. IT, data, cybersecurity or AI)
Strong consultative, solution-selling capability, with experience selling complex services where client outcomes, business value, delivery capability, scope and commercial performance are all critical considerations
A track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts
Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand client challenges, shape solutions, influence senior decision-makers and build long-term trusted relationships
Proficient in structured sales methodologies (e.g. Miller Heiman) across pipeline management, stakeholder mapping, account planning and strategic opportunities
Demonstrate and build sales team capability in commercial acumen, including pipeline quality, forecasting, margin awareness and selling high-value work
