Role Overview
Lead the team responsible for B2B marketing communications, content strategy, events, and promotional initiatives.
Drive sales enablement and strengthen engagement among financial advisors.
Support your manager by contributing to work organization and operational planning within your unit.
Develop, implement, and monitor an action plan aligned with the strategic directions of the Vice-Presidency.
Maintain deep expertise in B2B marketing and best practices in this field.
Define and implement service offerings to maximize business results and ensure financial advisor satisfaction.
Manage individual and team performance in support of your unit’s action plan.
Foster strong relationships with business development partners, product teams, compliance, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
Knowledge in investment products and financial markets
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools
