Work with the advisor to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings and follow up on member and client requests.
Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations.
Proactively inform members and clients about our digital solutions and equip them to interact with Desjardins using their preferred method.
Help manage the advisor's agenda and emails.
Acquire and cultivate a good knowledge and understanding of Desjardins products and services and competitors' offers.

Attestation of Collegial Studies
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Understand financial documents used in the field of wealth management
Notions of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services
Good grasp of the philosophy and fundamentals of a financial services cooperative
Operational procedures for financing and investment activities
Operational procedures for convenience services and products as well as automated and assisted transactions
Operational procedures for opening accounts, selling complementary products and services and those related to AccordD financing
Desjardins business processes (e.g., sales, solicitation and negotiation processes)
