Support the strategic technology direction by contributing ideas for identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative technology, software and solutions
Assist the R&D team by executing assigned tasks and using technical knowledge in a structured way
Showcase expertise by staying abreast of the state of the art and actively applying this knowledge
Collect inputs from all manufacturing locations and merge them into common requirements for ETP related development tasks and projects
Ensure new product development projects and product transfer projects provide efficient engineering tools and processes
Follow-up and develop ETP competence globally including documentation and trainings
Perform a variety of tasks in the assigned area from concepts and requirements through design, implementation, integration, and testing

BE or B Tech, M. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 or more years of experience in rotating machines background
Experience with PLM software
Teamcenter
Experience with 3D design including use of NX, Solid works, or equivalent design platforms
Familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP, and other applicable software
Fluent in written, reading and verbal English.
