Deployment of large regulatory transformation projects (ESG, Basel IV, CRR3/CRD6, IREF, BIRD…)
Management and monitoring of liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR…), solvency ratios (RWA, SCR…) and resolution metrics (LDR, MREL, TLAC…)
Ensuring compliance of regulatory and prudential reporting (FINREP, COREP…) following recommendations from the ECB or other supervisory authorities
Optimization of internal controls and risk management
Formalization of target processes and governance, and support to business lines during the implementation of new tools
Improvement and safeguarding of the data quality of regulatory productions (impact analyses, proposing solutions and implementation)

Master’s degree (Bac+5) — e.g. business school/university, DSCG, Master CCA, Master in Finance
At least 2 years’ experience in a consulting or audit firm, a financial institution, or a banking regulator (ACPR, ECB, …)
Strong knowledge of high-impact national and international reporting and regulations: IFRS standards, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, Surfi, Basel…
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, planning, budget management, quality plans, team supervision and coordination)
Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and strong organizational abilities
