About this role
Role Overview
Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for digital customer acquisition and engagement
Lead, mentor, and align a team of Product Owners, setting a high bar for product excellence and delivery standards
Shape and guide product discovery in complex, ambiguous environments, ensuring solutions are grounded in data, customer insight, and business value
Establish consistent, scalable ways of working across discovery and delivery, with strong ownership of backlog quality and prioritization
Orchestrate execution across multiple teams, ensuring clarity of scope, dependencies, and outcomes
Partner closely with senior stakeholders across business, technology, and control functions to align priorities and decisions
Ensure technical, operational, and regulatory readiness across product initiatives
Define and drive measurable outcomes, continuously optimizing acquisition, conversion, and engagement
Take full ownership of delivery risks, dependencies, and issues through to resolution
Requirements
Proven leadership experience as a Senior or Lead Product Owner within banking, fintech, or other regulated industries
Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage across architecture, APIs, and data flows
Track record of leading agile delivery across multiple teams with high-quality product practices and artifacts
Exceptional ownership mindset with the ability to operate decisively in ambiguity
Strong product discovery expertise and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technology
Experience mentoring Product Owners and elevating product ways of working at scale
Solid understanding of customer data domains and digital product ecosystems
Experience working across multi-market or Pan-Baltic environments is a strong advantage
Fluent English in spoken and written communication
