Experience: at least 3 years as a Software Developer with a strong grasp of back-end systems and proficiency in TypeScript.
Backend Engineering: good mastery of common back-end optimization topics (performance improvements, observability, SQL database queries, and query optimizations).
DevOps & Architecture: hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and exposure to distributed systems or micro-service architectures.
Continuous Learning: you regularly follow technological improvements to keep abreast of the latest developments (newsletters, conferences, meetups).
Mindset: fluent in English, passionate about functional programming or open source, and you leave your ego at the door.
