Ownership: You own the daily pricing and distribution strategy for 1-2 designated markets.
Data Integrity: You are the "Guardian of the Data." You’ll audit our Revenue Management System (RMS) to ensure it’s making the right calls, monitor comp-sets, and keep our BI dashboards honest.
Stakeholder Voice: You are the primary revenue contact for our General Managers and Sales team.
Analytical Engine: Support our Senior Revenue Managers with deep-dive analysis into broader trends.
Distribution Mastery: Ensure our "digital shelf" is optimised across all channels (Direct, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
Requirements
1-3 years of proven revenue management experience, ideally within a technology-enabled hospitality provider.
Strong analytical skills and a data-centric approach to revenue management.
Top-notch written and spoken communication skills in English, facilitating effective collaboration within our diverse, international team.
Intrinsic willingness to test and review new tactics and efforts to drive continuous improvement.
A positive, get-it-done mentality, ensuring successful execution of revenue strategies.
Nice to have: Experience using SQL, and Snowflake/Tableau for effective data analysis and reporting.
Experience managing a portfolio in Northern Europe.
Fluency in any other European language.
