Role Overview
- Lead projects from award through to commissioning and final handover
- Own project budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks and commercial performance
- Develop and execute project delivery strategies
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Lead cross-functional engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams
- Manage variations, claims, contract compliance and commercial negotiations
- Drive project profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' project management experience within engineering, mining, oil & gas, industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong client relationships
