Manage, with support from the senior project manager, all assigned projects. Ensuring progression and continuity through execution and delivery phases.
Manage, with support from the senior project manager, client and stakeholder communication, including status updates, progress reporting, and change requests.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Graphic and Motion Design, Development, Learning Design) to align project delivery with objectives.
Monitor project progress against milestones, track deviations, and escalate issues or blockers to the senior Project Manager or Head of Studio.
Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and potential blockers to the Project Management team, with potential solutions, for resolution.
Develop and maintain support documentation including project briefs, risk logs, requirement specifications, and delivery reports.
Provide clear, accurate reporting through dashboards and project status updates.
Support the Project Management team in continuously improving project delivery practices and processes.
Requirements
3–4 years' proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in digital, ed-tech, consulting, or similar environments.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects with diverse stakeholders and complex dependencies.
Strong technical background with working knowledge of accessibility and compatibility standards.
Hands-on expertise with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar).
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills—able to build trust, align teams, and drive accountability.
Strong analytical mindset; ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and reporting.
Degree in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on project management.
Must be eligible for employment in South Africa.
Good to have: Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or foundational PMP knowledge).
Experience managing translation or localization projects.
Exposure to multi-stakeholder client environments or consulting delivery models.
