Develop and produce viral content tailored to each platform’s conventions: visuals, GIFs, carousels, short videos, threads, stories… on YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, META, Bluesky, X/Twitter and others
Work from existing video programs or create innovative content from scratch
Write captions for posts across all social channels
Schedule and publish posts according to the editorial calendar and internal planning
Regularly propose content ideas to feed the editorial schedule
Create conversational mechanics to engage existing communities and encourage discussion around programs
Speak on behalf of the media outlet (replying to comments, interactions…) on all platforms
Monitor comments on social platforms and distribution channels, in partnership with the store manager, to measure and relay community sentiment
Broadcast and host Live / Premiere formats on META, TikTok, Bluesky, X/Twitter, YouTube and others
Identify ambassadors and super-fans, and develop their engagement
Design, edit and schedule messages for specialized platforms: X (Twitter), Discord, Steam Forum, Reddit, TikTok — consistent with brand strategy, program tones and target audiences
Create content adapted to each channel and coordinate external production of required assets (images, thumbnails, GIFs, videos, trailers, copy…)
Collaborate with external partners (producers, studios) to continuously support them in content creation and distribution strategy
Maintain daily sector monitoring (gaming, media, culture) across social networks and social media trends
Regularly propose content ideas aligned with the editorial line and platforms
Make recommendations for innovative conversational initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management at a national media outlet or within the video game industry (studio, publisher, agency…)
Writing/creator profile, comfortable with both short
and long-form formats
Excellent knowledge of social platforms, their interaction mechanics and tools (publishing, analytics, moderation)
Deep understanding of the Twitch ecosystem, its community mechanisms and activation methods
Proficiency in content creation software for static and video assets: Adobe Suite and other useful tools
Professional level of English
