About this role
Role Overview
Generate recurring revenue reports and pipeline metrics to measure performance against sales targets and business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards to visualize sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics for senior leadership.
Utilize data visualization tools to deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and cleanup activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
Prepare and maintain weekly sales and billing forecasts.
Support the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans through data-driven analysis and insights.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to align forecasts with organizational goals and objectives.
Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and system effectiveness.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders to implement solutions.
Identify, recommend, and implement CRM enhancements and process improvements.
Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to monitor sales activities, pipeline performance, and key metrics.
Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance operational performance.
Perform other duties as assigned. Work additional hours as required to support business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, revenue operations, or a related role.
Proficiency with Power BI is required; experience with SQL is preferred.
Strong experience administering and reporting from Salesforce CRM.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Experience working within the defense, aerospace, or government contracting industry is considered an asset.
