Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise relationships across the housing ecosystem
Develop and expand relationships with executives and key decision-makers within strategic organizations across mortgage, real estate, homebuilding, and proptech
Identify opportunities to deliver housing market data, intelligence, and enterprise subscriptions
Lead discovery conversations, develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and close business
Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers
Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver customer value and support complex opportunities
Stay informed on industry trends and market activity
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
Achieve and exceed individual revenue goals
Requirements
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, account management, partnerships, or a related commercial role
Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills
Experience managing complex customer relationships and multi-stakeholder sales processes
Ability to identify growth opportunities and expand accounts over time
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
Experience in housing, mortgage, real estate, homebuilding, proptech, financial services, media, or information services (preferred)
Existing relationships within the housing ecosystem (preferred)
Experience selling data, subscriptions, marketing solutions, events, sponsorships, or professional services (preferred)
Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack (preferred)
