Provide organizational support within the Legal Department
Manage onboarding for new Legal Department employees
Participate in the daily management of the Legal Department and organize events
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications of the Legal Department
Provide assistance on cross-functional legal matters
Monitor the portfolio of intellectual property rights
Support and participate in activities related to GDPR compliance policy as well as Anti-Corruption compliance policy
Contribute to the implementation of common procedures and tools within the Legal Department
Participate in the development, facilitation and optimization of legal processes
Monitor the Legal Department's budget
Coordinate external service providers
Requirements
Minimum Bac +2/3 diploma (BTS or DUT) in secretarial or legal assistance, legal careers or SME management, or a professional bachelor's degree in law or legal assistance
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a company or law firm
Good professional level of English
Excellent command of Microsoft Office
