Business Developer — Permanent (CDI)

Role Overview

• Contact incoming B2C leads generated by our marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.)
• Assess each prospect’s project to help them find the right training, support them and answer their questions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing
• Proactively propose improvements to the sales and commercialization process

Requirements

• Persistent, tenacious, and strong negotiation skills
• Comfortable on the phone and able to adapt your pitch to the prospect
• Solution-oriented and proactive
• Autonomous while demonstrating real team spirit
• Knowledge of the training/education sector is a strong plus
