Lead Marketing Manager

Role Overview

• Lead the LIMITD marketing team (Social Media + Marketing Project Management)
• Develop the overarching marketing strategy for the brands and coordinate activities
• Responsible for planning, implementing and further developing content and brand strategies for the brand accounts
• Coordinate internal teams as well as external partners, service providers and agencies
• Shape the strategic direction of the brands – from positioning and target audience communication to developing creative, cross-platform campaigns
• Responsible for budget and resource management for all marketing projects
• Prepare reports, performance analyses and presentations

Requirements

• Completed university degree with a focus on marketing, media management, communications, or a comparable background
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, social media or campaigning – ideally in a creator, start-up or FMCG environment
• Familiarity with common social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram & YouTube)
• Experience leading projects or teams
• Communicative and solution-oriented
• Team player who works independently
• Strong hands-on mentality, high initiative and a friendly, balanced demeanor
• Experience working with influencers, event coordination, POS marketing or content production is a plus
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
